06 Feb Ice play
We made the most of the freezing weather. We discovered that some of our toys had been frozen in the tuff spots!! We had to work out how to free them.
Some of us used toy tools, some tried stamping on the ice, some people carefully threw bits of ice onto the ground to chip bits off, and some people waited patiently for the sun to melt the ice and turn it back into water.
Our fingers may have got a little chilly but we had lots of fun being explorers.
We also discovered that when you drop big bits of ice they break into different shapes, there were lots of pointy shapes like triangles.
