20 Jul Eco-Schools Green Flag Award
We are proud to announce that we have achieved a Distinction for the Eco-Schools Green Flag Award. Having been the first school in Sutton to receive this award, nearly 20 years ago, we have continued to improve our understanding and provision relating to environmental issues. We apply for renewal every two years, although now it has changed to ever year.
The staff and children have worked really hard to achieve this award.
The children have learned how to be eco-friendly through a range of activities organised throughout the year. They have been able to take part in the Energy Challenge, Earth Awareness sessions, Green Flag Club, Eco-Club, Gardening Club, litter picking and much more.
